After so many of you requesting a CD and ‘details-to-remember’ to help you in your work at home, finally I have made one for you!  I have thought long and hard on how to offer you the best support in your own home and I came up with this:

Sounds For The Soul

This CD is a support tool for Alignment and Vertical Sound Work and comes with an extensive illustrated A4 instruction booklet. It is a workshop at home, and a tool that will serve you even as you progress and your support needs change.

The booklet represents a seminar in itself, addressing the purpose and benefit of soundwork with all the science and latest research which proves the benefits, all explained in a way that anyone can understand and use.

This simple step – helping your mind understand why you are doing it and what it can do to enhance the practice transforms soundwork for most people from a ‘practice’ to ‘doing it’ in almost no time at all.

Soundwork where sound is used to silence the mind or doesn’t involve it is hit-and-miss, soundwork which involves the mind properly turns it into a bridge for your awareness to beyond-the-mind: into the realm of The Sole.

It really is easy to get astonishing results once your mind knows what to do. If you don’t believe it can make that much difference all I can do is invite you to look at the testimonials from my events – or come along to one.

The CD has been specially structured to support you when you need a deep guided session, or when you have only a few minutes and just have time to ‘do the sequence.’

Because the CD can be bought by anyone, I have not included the additional specialist Sounds that go beyond the usual centres that are introduced during my sound events. They should be properly guided first and will be made available on CD at a later stage to event participants.

The guided session in Part 1 lasts around 35 minutes, with guided alignment meditation (the importance of alignment is explained in the supporting booklet) and guided soundwork. You can use to these together or individually.

In Part 2 the individual sound tracks last almost 2 minutes each and can be looped or played through however you feel, other than track 10 which is 10 minutes long. The structure allows you to work with one sound, for play or deep exploration, or run through the entire sequence in whichever fashion suits you.
