My name is Darren Deojee.

I run events on the journey of be-coming.  This is the process of becoming fully aware of, and in control of, our total being.  We are all engaged in this, consciously or not,  as we strive to fathom the mystery of being a human in this mysterious and magical world.

If you have lost the sense of magic and mystery in yourself or the world, then your social conditioning has got to you and you have forgotten the beauty that lies within and around you – and the magic! This world IS mysterious and magical – and so are each and every one of us.

I am ever bemused by comments I hear by western urbanites about living in ‘the real world,’ when most of them have rarely, if ever, been exposed to The Real World!  What we see and experience as being ‘the world’ on an everyday basis is simply a point of view, a small fragment of a Majestic Whole that we only get glimpses into in our deepest states of meditation, intimacy, dance, sharing and dreaming.

We are constantly distracted and mislead by the agendas and mis-placed priorities of our social world and this has left us dis-eased, disturbed and bereft – individually and en masse.  Fortunately, we are living in the time where we ALL have the chance, and the power, to do something about it.  Whether we do or not depends on whether we are willing to take responsibility for our lives and to find the courage to take action in the face of constant distractions and stresses and strains.  Fortunately, the more we work on ourselves, the less power these distractions and nonsensical ideas and ideals have over us.

Just as our view of the world is but a fragment, so are we fragments of our whole.  Very, very few of us are truly ‘whole beings’ and my work is about helping you to become whole – to understand and transcend the limiting beliefs that society and the existent world views have imposed upon you.

The key to my work is that we were all BORN complete.  We were born with full awareness of Self and the Majestic Whole, but we had no awareness of our body and the physical world.  In the journey to be aware of the body and the world, we lost our Soul/Sole-awareness – and that is the crux of the matter.  The journey to full awareness is not aspiring to some distant and remote ideal that we have never experienced, as is often implied in some religious and spiritual texts, nor is it some loose and flimsy ideal of some spiritual history in lives gone by as is the other implication we are often presented with in ‘new age’ material. No – in my work I draw your attention to The Fact that you had that awareness, perception and wholeness IN THIS LIFE.

If you had it in This Life, then you can get it back.  Its that simple.  The tools and techniques I present are specifically to facilitate that in a most direct and powerful way.

In my work I focus on subjects others ignore, because everyone, even ’teachers’, are not even aware that they are subjects filled with immense power and awareness – subjects everyone seems to take so for granted they are forgotten.  These are things so intrinsic to our everyday functioning that most people cannot ’stand back’ from them to observe them objectively.

The key ’subjects’ for entry-level students and enquirers are Sound & Language, Perception and Gender & Relationships.  Each of these are so fundamental to our everyday operation that we cannot disassociate from them to ‘get into them’ to see what lies locked within them – which is your true power, presence and pure awareness.
